Q. Can I order a sample?
Yes, samples are available.

  • If you order a sample directly from our website we will only charge express costs.
  • If you need a custom design with your own logo we will charge you for the mould costs.

Q. Can I use my own logo and/or design?
Yes, a customized logo and design is possible. We can customize anything that you want.

  • We can customise your own design, such as special shape, material, colour or decoration.
  • Or you can select  from our website or catalogue, we can add your own logo onto an existing product to build your own brand.
  • Custom packaging, such as gift box, cardboard box, bag.

Q. When can I get the quote?
We usually send you a quote within 48 hours. For any urgent inquiry, Please call us directly by phone.

Q. Production and delivery time.
After you have approved the sample it will take about 6 week to produce your product. Shipping will take about 6 weeks depending on the type of product.
